Terms of use of Ba Ba Restaurant Food Voucher - Group Menu 200,000 VND/Meal

• Voucher type: Electronic voucher
• Voucher value: 200,000 VND (Two hundred thousand VND) per guest.
• Applicable objects: groups of 10 guests.
• Applicable menu: Voucher can be applied to one of three group menus priced at VND 200,000/meal listed (please refer to menu image). Customers please choose the menu before arriving or when booking a table.
• Applicable time:
• Opening hours of the restaurant: Applicable during the opening hours of Ba Ba Restaurant (06:00 - 21:30 daily).
• Applicable location: Ba Ba Family Restaurant, address 248 Huynh Cong Gian, Ward 3, Tay Ninh.
• Reservation requirements: Customers are requested to contact us at least 24 hours in advance via phone number +84 918 368 963 to ensure availability and best service. Please indicate the use of Tatinta voucher when making a reservation.
• Not applicable at the same time: Voucher cannot be applied at the same time with other promotions and discounts of the restaurant (if any).
• Excess value: If the total value of the meal exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference according to the restaurant's listed price.
• Unused Value: Voucher value cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash if not used in full.
• Additional charges: Requests that arise outside the menu on the voucher (e.g. additional drinks, off-menu dishes, increased number of people) will be charged according to the restaurant's listed price.
• Tatinta's responsibility: Tatinta is the voucher distributor and is not directly responsible for the quality of the restaurant's services and dishes. For any questions or complaints about the service, customers should contact Quan Ba Ba directly.
• Rights of Quan Ba Ba: Quan Ba Ba has the right to adjust the terms and conditions of voucher use if necessary and notify in advance on the Tatinta page.
• Present voucher: When arriving at the restaurant, customers please present the electronic voucher (if any) or the voucher code purchased on the Tatinta app/website to the restaurant staff for confirmation and use.
