Change personal information:

For requests to change information related to changes in competitor information (only applicable to changes in competitor information of the same distance), shirt size, email address, date of birth, medical information...: the change fee is 200,000 VND/change

Lifting and lowering distance:

200,000 VND change fee and difference between 2 distances at the time of change, excess money will not be refunded.

CHANGE OF RACE DISTANCE:

Pay the difference between the two fares at the time of registration or the difference will not be refunded.
Registrations under promotional programs / free tickets will not be allowed to change information, postpone competition time, or change competition distance.
The deadline for submitting requests for information changes / race distance changes is 23:59 on 15 March 2026. Any requests submitted after this time will not be processed.

Age requirements for participation

5km and FAMILY WALK/RUN: For participants 4 years and older. Children 4-12 years old must have at least one (01) guardian 18 years and older running with them. Participants 13-17 years old must be accompanied by a guardian or must have a signed commitment from their Parent/Legal Guardian.
15km Distance: For participants 14 years of age and older. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian over 18 years of age or must have a signed commitment letter from their Parent/Legal Guardian.
21km - 50km - 75km distance: For participants 18 years of age and older. Participants must sign a liability waiver before the race day.
100km: Open to participants 18 years of age and older. Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to race day.
100km PRO: Open to participants 18 years of age and older. Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to race day.
