icon-location45 Bayard St, New York, NY 10013, USA
This is a Chinese restaurant, specializing in famous traditional dishes of Xi'an city.

The first branch of Xi'an Famous Foods restaurant opened in 2005 as the first restaurant to bring the traditional cuisine of Xi'an city, China to New York. Currently, the restaurant has branches in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queen.

Although the interior space of the restaurant is not large, because it is decorated in a simple modern style with wooden tables and light painted walls, the overall look is very bright and clean.

The dishes at the restaurant stay true to the taste of Xi'an cuisine, where there is a harmony between Chinese and Middle Eastern cuisine. Seasoned with a variety of spices such as Egyptian cumin, chili, and Sichuan peppercorns, the dish here has a pungent flavor. One of the must-try specialties here is a bowl of Biang Biang noodles with large noodles cooked in hot oil.
