Profile
The first impression when entering Trisoux will make guests feel like they are in a natural breathing cave made of wood and moss, a bar that not only has special drinks but is also close to nature like how Selected and presented interiors. 7500 wooden slats of different lengths are decorated in waveforms on the ceiling. This creates a vibrancy, calming the atmosphere but equally welcoming dynamic. The moss walls were conceived by architect Martino Hutz to provide a space where relaxation and experience can be combined.
Phillip Fröhlich creates a variety of special drinks from light aperitifs to cocktails with a variety of strong and light levels according to customers' wishes. In addition to pleasing cocktail guests, Fröhlich also attaches great importance to delivering good wines to cater to the audience that wants to enjoy wine. Space concepts from natural products can also be found in beverages. When it comes to ingredients, Fröhlich follows the trend of sustainability and ensures that the ingredients he uses are sourced as locally as possible. Therefore, the menu changes twice a year to adapt to the weather and seasons. In winter, citrus fruits are largely replaced by another source of acid. Something different but great.
