Profile
Swiss Sheep Farm, a famous tourist destination in Hua Hin. There are many beautiful scenes here where visitors can take pictures of their memorable trip and buy a souvenir like sheep dolls or various accessories at the shops located inside the farm.
A beautiful spot with pastures, windmills, indoor camps and barns perched on a forested hill, Swiss sheep farm is a great place to take photos. Milk shakers, large bales of hay, farm carts, old water pumps, Halloween pumpkins, and several American trucks from the 1950s and 1960s add to the picturesque feel of the farm. Kids will love feeding and petting the animals on the farm or riding horses. Well maintained and clean farm located just North of Hua Hin.
The Swiss Sheep Farm offers adults and children the opportunity to get up close to different animals and feed them. Around the farm are sheep, goats, horses, ponies, chickens, donkeys, rabbits, fish and swans in a pond and alpacas.
Alpacas, a small camel native to South America, live in an air-conditioned building. The entrance fee is 100 Baht for one adult, 50 per child. You can also see alpacas in the Camel Republic not far away.
Near the entrance is a barn with a few dozen sheep, the lambs will run towards you and try to climb the fence as you approach them with food in hand. Use the coupon included with the admission ticket to get some grass and feed the sheep. The little lambs can get some milk from the bottle.
At 10:30, 13:00, 14:30 staff will demonstrate goat milking. After the show, visitors can also try their hand at milking goats. Young children will love to pet the bunnies and feed them carrots. Other activities include horseback riding around the farm (50 Baht per person), mechanical rodeo bull riding, archery (100 Baht) and horseback riding (50 Baht).
The interior walls of the small 3D building with two floors are decorated with multi-dimensional paintings. Visitors can stand in the paintings and become part of the scene. Let your imagination run wild in works of art, giving you plenty of laughs and lots of fun photos.
Drinks, snacks and Thai sweets are available at the stall inside the farm. A small open-air restaurant offers food like Tom Yum Goong, mixed pork with sour and sour taste, and chicken nuggets. The souvenir shop at the exit mainly sells stuffed toys.
The Swiss Sheep Farm is located on Phetkasem Road in Cha-Am, about 30 minutes north of Hua Hin town center. Nearby are several other attractions such as Santorini Park, Camel Republic and 1000 Sook Food and Farm.
The easiest way to get there is by taxi or tuk tuk; There are many taxi and tuk tuk drivers waiting on the side of the road in central Hua Hin. Since it is difficult to find taxis or tuk tuks at the farm, ask the driver to wait to pick you up. You should negotiate the price and trip time with the driver before getting on the bus.
