Tim Raue – one of the four highest rated chefs in Germany. Inspired by the diverse cuisines of Asia, each dish is the result of a perfect combination of Japanese ingredients, Thai scents and Chinese cooking philosophies. Tim Raue restaurant is located near Checkpoint Charlie in an old showroom, which the Raue couple turned it into a luxury restaurant with about 40 seats and the only place separating the kitchen from the dining area is a Large glass wall.
At Tim Raue, guests can choose between two menus or order individual items from the a la carte menu. The meal begins with eight small dishes served at once, designed to stimulate the taste buds and prepare the main course. The main course menu is prepared with the utmost care and quality, if guests opt for the classic menu, they will be treated to ingredients such as kaviar caviar, lobster, truffles and metallic Wagyu beef. diamond. The green lobster dish is combined with passion fruit and grated carrot, this sounds quite simple but the lobster combined with the acidity from passion fruit creates a perfect taste.
