To get to Thac Ba, from the city center. Pleiku, tourists follow Highway 14 towards Kon Tum, to km number is Ialy junction, there will be signposts, visitors follow the signboard to turn left, go about 8 km more and then turn left never again. far away will come the waterfall. Thac Ba is hidden among rice fields and trees. Therefore, on the way to the waterfall, visitors' eyes are suddenly opened up in front of a gentle and wide green patch of rice fields. The closer to Ba waterfall, visitors will feel the sound of water bouncing from the waterfall getting louder and louder. Upon arrival, visitors will realize an interesting thing that the waterfall does not seem to fall from a high mountain peak or cliff. Looking at it, the waterfall is like a slip and fall of water from a ground with an altitude of about 5 m down to the mouth of a cave and the surrounding area. The stream that makes up Ba waterfall originates from Ia Nueng water (Bien Ho stream, Pleiku city). After many winding flows, it flows here and becomes the main source of water for irrigation of coffee fields and other crops of the communes: Nghia Hoa, Ia Nhin... Not as aggressive as the others. The waterfall is different, but the water from the waterfall is also very strong, throwing white foam and creating a layer of dusty mist that completely soothes the surrounding atmosphere. Besides, the rock blocks with all shapes, considered as remnants of the volcano, still exist in the stream bed, causing strangeness for visitors when coming to this place. According to local people added: in the past, along with Ba waterfall, there was Ong waterfall. The stream was full of water, both of these waterfalls were loud and powerful at that time. In quiet times, the sound of pouring water sounds like a response in the middle of a wild mountain forest. Unfortunately, over time and human change, the pair of waterfalls identified by beliefs in the Central region is only half of what it is today.
