Antonio Park, the founder of Restaurant Park, was inspired by his mother's culinary inspiration and, after years of traveling around the world, trained by Japan's most respected sushi masters, runs two Famous restaurant in Montreal, he decided to open his own sushi restaurant in the bustling Westmount area.

The food at Restaurant Park is a reflection of who Antonio Park is, they have a mix of countries and cultures like how Antonio Park lived during his teenage years.
