The lounge of the restaurant brings a cozy and intimate feeling thanks to the accent on the wall decorated with marble, the image of author Ernest Hemingway on the background of tropical leaves. The main color of the shop is yellow and green, using the main materials of wood and metal, both creating a sense of intimacy and closeness, and stepping up to a luxurious and classy space. The bar is smartly designed in the shape of an I with metal strips to keep the cold at the surface, ensuring the temperature for the water dishes.

Another unique feature of the restaurant is the menu with water dishes named after the stories associated with the writer Hemingway. The cocktail "The Little Wax Puppy", as the writer's nickname in correspondence with his first wife Hadley, he called himself "her little wax dog". The drink is a blend of Michter's wine, eucalyptus honey with a distinct bitter taste. The Sun dish of the same name as his 1926 novel, is the perfect combination of apples soaked in coconut oil, gin soaked with curry leaves, Vermouth with pandan leaves and a touch of Thai kaffir lime. The menu includes 9 cocktails, divided into two categories: “The Best of The Old Man” and “Aka the Old Man”, the average price is 90 HKD each, which is a very good price compared to the bars. In the same place (usually twice this amount), the ingredients that make up each dish are complex and intricate, from hard-to-find herbs to specially distilled wines, creating a unique difference.
