“Enjoy a delicious lunch of authentic pasta, made directly in front of you without any machines”

Matteo Tosatti, a web designer from Milano found his true passion after completing a noodle cooking course from the famous cooking school in Bologna, Italy. After some private lessons with the renowned pasta master, Tosatti founded Pastificio Tosatti, a shop and eatery dedicated to beautiful handmade pasta. Located just off Halmholtplatz, he now spends his days making pastas in his cute little shop behind large glass doors. Based on a traditional recipe, without using any machines, he mixes and rolls the dough by hand, the golden yellow dough is cut and molded into the shapes of ravioli, spaghetti or tagliatelle, which he serves Serve or sell to guests with a variety of matching sauces.

During lunch, diners usually have a choice between four different dishes based on spaghetti alla chitarra, gnocchi, tagliatelle or ravioli. The sauce is also handmade by Tosatti and complements the different types of noodles perfectly. For example, try the traditional Bologna “Tagliatelle al Ragu Bolognese” – cooked pasta served with a hearty meat sauce with a hint of grain. Tosatti's small and gentle gnocchi with creamy Taleggio sauce with lots of cheese.

Although the restaurant is small, the quality of the food is always guaranteed. From time to time, Matteo also offers pasta making classes.
