Restaurant Olón is one of a series of restaurants by Latin American chef Jose Garces, located in the hotel, casio Tropicana.

True to its name, the restaurant is inspired by the coastal cities of Ecuador, especially Olón, and the flavorful cuisine of the coastal region. Olón restaurant offers diners an unforgettable beach dining experience with beautiful views and fresh seafood. In addition to seafood, the restaurant also serves South American dishes such as raw fish ceviches, tiraditos, baked empanadas and anticuchos... All dishes at the restaurant are cooked according to the traditional recipe of chef Garces with a bit of modernization from the chef himself.

There is also the Olón Bar, which serves snacks, sandwiches, and an extensive beer list.
