Sur Balık, which opened its first branch in 2004, creates a unique flavor by blending traditional Turkish flavors with seafood.
With the principle of "satisfying customers unconditionally and without interruption", the restaurant continues to provide the freshest, most seasonal and most delicious fish dishes to valued guests. In addition, the restaurant offers a wide range of appetizers, both classic seafood dishes and more exotic. The Black Sea bass here is highly appreciated by diners, as is the fish wrapped in mushrooms, fried veal and fish in batter.
The fish served at Sur Balık is seasonal and fresh, ask the restaurant's friendly staff what catch they will recommend of the day. Sur Balık's cellar also features an excellent selection of local and international wines.
Sur Balık Restaurant implements a strict food safety policy from product purchase to preparation and presentation to guests. All are made according to the process according to international food quality standards so that the food and drinks served in the restaurant are always of the highest quality.
