One-sun beef is a traditional dish of Gia Lai people in Krongpa district since ancient times. Gia Lai beef is freely grazed in the forest, so beef has a sweet and aromatic taste that is different from industrial beef. Beef made One-sun beef is taken from the loin and is fresh. The meat is cut into pieces 15cm long and 2cm long. Then marinated with salt, pepper, chili, fish sauce, onions for 15-20 minutes to absorb into the meat and dried in the hot sun for 1 day. Then store it in the refrigerator. When it's time to eat, take it out and bake it on charcoal. The meat when cooked has a strong aroma that you want to enjoy immediately.
