With 11 years of experience as a chef, Mr. Joungy understands Korean traditional dishes better than anyone else and has a love for the culinary profession and a desire to introduce the food as well as the beauty of domestic culinary culture to the world. Foreign tourists prompted him to set up a cooking class named after him.
Coming to this cooking course, visitors will go to the local market together, buy fresh ingredients and cook together, dine with them right after.
After class, students can bring home their kimchi as a gift or enjoy.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
1. Heamul pajean - Seafood and green onion pancakes
2. Bibimbab - Famous Korean traditional mixed rice
3. Bukumi - Korean crepe with nuts (dessert)
Tuesday and Saturday:
1. Japche - Stir-fried vermicelli with vegetables
2. Jeyuk bokum - Stir-fried Spicy Pork and Vegetables
3. Bukumi - Korean crepe with nuts (dessert)
Thursday and Saturday:
1. Kimchi jeon - Kimchi pancakes
2. Bulgogi - Stir-fried beef with soy sauce
3. Bukumi - Korean crepe with nuts (dessert)
Morning class starts at 10:30 and ends at 13:30 every day.
Evening classes start at 18:00 and end at 21:00 every day.
