The restaurant was opened by chef Missy Robins, one of the top Italian and pasta chefs in New York

Lilia is a sunny Italian restaurant with high ceilings, decorated with moderate slats, large windows and a cool cream-grey space.

Although the restaurant layout is quite simple and modern, the dishes here are meticulously prepared and imbued with Italian flavors. Lilia's pastas, such as noodles, gnocchi, and ravioli, are loved by both local gourmets and visitors from elsewhere. In addition to traditional Italian dishes, seafood is also another strong point of chef Missy Robbins.

Diners can start with cacio e pepe fritelle, a fried cake made with salt and pepper cheese, grilled clams with Calabrian peppers or sardines with capers... then move on to main courses like thigh meat. lamb, sea bass or famous pasta dishes. In particular, one of the must-try dishes at Lilia is Mafaldini, a fatty, buttery noodle dish seasoned with pink pepper.

Not only the food, the wine list here, especially the wines, includes famous authentic Italian wines, from regions such as Alto Adige, Piedmont, Friuli and Tuscany.

As Lilia is one of New York's famous restaurants, it is recommended that visitors make an appointment in advance to ensure a seat.
