Profile
María Luisa Park (María Luisa Park) is a public park stretching along the Guadalquivir River in Seville, Spain. This is the main green area of Seville.
Most of the area used for the park was previously the garden of the Palace of San Telmo. They were donated to the city of Seville in 1893 by Infanta Luisa Fernanda, Duchess of Montpensier, for use as a public park.
The new buildings of Plaza de España, a semicircle on the square, were used as the fair's offices. They have been used as backdrops for scenes, including in Lawrence of Arabia (1962).
