Battersea Power Station on the south bank of the River Thames, at Nine Elms, Battersea, in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Battersea is one of the largest brick buildings in the world, and is famous for its original, opulent Art Deco style decor and interiors. The structure remained largely unused for more than 30 years after its closure. The site was also placed on the World Monuments Fund's 2004 World Monuments Watch list.
