Caracciolo Palace (Palazzo Caracciolo) is a historic palace located in the center of Naples. This palace is one of the city's most important architectural works and is home to many precious works of art.

At the beginning of the next century, Duke Elboeuf, who initiated the excavations of the cities of Herculaneum and Pompeii, was a guest at Palazzo Caracciolo, while in 1799 the palace hosted General Jean Étienne Championnet. In 1815 the property was completely abandoned. For a short time, it was police headquarters. The palace has two very high portals leading to a vaulted courtyard with piperno columns (sixteenth-century cloister) and a second courtyard, now an open-air garden. It has four floors and some traces of the frescoed ceiling remain on the main floor.
During World War II, the palace was heavily damaged but was restored after the war. Caracciolo Palace has undergone many renovations and expansions throughout history.
