Profile
Arami is arguably one of the best sushi and ramen restaurants in Chicago.
The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a minimalist style: cement floors, red brick walls with only 1 or 2 simple paintings and light wooden tables and chairs arranged quite close together. However, the room is always warm.
In return with nothing special space, the dishes are prepared very delicately. The restaurant follows traditional Japanese cuisine with varieties of maki, sushi, sashimi and nigiri, combined with a few novel ingredients. At the restaurant, diners can enjoy sashimi by ordering or omakase style (for the chef to choose) with 14 slices of sashimi, including octopus and fish, melt in the mouth. Of course, the ingredients used, from seafood to vegetables wrapped with nigiri, are always fresh.
Arami has 3 branches: 1 is located at Midway International Airport, and 2 restaurants are located in the West Loop area.
