You can enjoy Kuroge Wagyu Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki on the 5th floor of “KITTE Osaka.” The space is modern and sophisticated, designed by Kashiwa Sato, known for the “UNIQLO” logo design. Enjoy sukiyaki and shabu-shabu in the “one-person, one-pot” style. One pot per person” allows you to enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki at your own pace and timing. We offer high-quality meats, including premium beef such as Matsusaka and Kobe beef, as well as A5 to A4 grade Kuroge Wagyu. We also have popular Kurobuta pork sourced with care. For vegetables, we use fresh vegetables mainly from contract farmers in Akita. The ramen noodles served in the broth made from the meat and vegetables are exquisite.
