Sazanka-so, the main branch of Japanese cuisine Nadaman, is located in the quiet Japanese garden of Hotel New Otani, which is surrounded by the outer moat of Edo Castle. Surrounded by greenery, the elegant sukiya-style building is said to be a masterpiece designed by the late Togo Murano, the leading figure in Japanese architecture. We have prepared 4 tatami rooms related to the Tale of Genji.We hope that you will forget the hustle and bustle of the city and feel truly relaxed.
