The owner carefully selects only the freshest ingredients and uses only the freshest ingredients to create a variety of items that are carefully crafted to bring out the best of the season and to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
Using safe vegetables produced in Japan, we proudly serve only the finest natural and inshore fish whenever possible. We pursue the flavor of the rice itself and the degree to which the rice is cooked to perfection in our shari(rice).
The craftsman's "nigiri"(make sushi by hand) technique has been thoroughly refined to ensure that the fish and sushi are well blended and that the fish melts in your mouth when you eat it. Please enjoy the concentrated attention to detail and junmai sake, etc., that go into it.
