Thai village of four regions is a prominent area of Thai art and culture village. Here, you can learn the architecture, art and cuisine of each of Thailand's four regions, namely North, Northeast, Central and South.

In the Songkran area, you can participate in the water festival. Songkran is the Thai New Year festival in April. You can play Songkran at 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00.

Another famous festival of Thailand is Loy Krathong, usually held in November. In this area, you can participate in releasing krathong boats on the water. Krathong is a basket decorated with flowers and candles. Join the Loy Krathong celebration at 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00

Around the Thai Thani Arts & Culture Village are the re-enactments of traditional North and Northeast style houses, as well as the traditional houses of some hill tribes living in the Northern mountainous region. Lanna and Isan houses follow the distinct architectural styles of the North (Lanna) and the Northeast (Isan). You will also find some traditional houses of the remote hill tribes of Northern Thailand, such as Akha, Hmong and Karen.

A very beautiful structure is the viharn (hall of a Buddhist temple) in the shape of a cross. Viharn has a multi-storey roof built in the ancient Lanna style of Northern Thailand. The structure has four gates, each with a golden Buddha image. Ornately decorated pillars support the building.

Around the cultural village there are ancient paintings, sculptures, reliefs and Buddha statues from various eras in Thai history. Among others, you will see depictions of creatures from Thai mythology such as Kinnaree, half human and half bird.

At the Kad Moua market area you can sample a variety of foods and sweets from all four regions of Thailand in the setting of Thailand that has passed many times at Kad Moua market.

For silk-loving visitors, you can learn how Thailand's famous silk is made from cocoons formed by worms, how long strands of silk are extracted from them, and how silk fibers are woven into textiles. and finally the dyeing process to give it color.

After learning about traditional Thai culture, you can enjoy a Thai lunch while watching a traditional Thai dance performance. Lunch and performances start at 12:00 and 13:00. Try delicious dishes from Northern Thailand's Lanna kitchen while watching some traditional Lanna dances. Khum Khantoke's dinner and dancing starts at 17:10 pm and 18:10 pm.

One of the special activities that many tourists love when visiting the Thai ethnic cultural village is participating in a number of shows, dances, music and performances from all four regions of Thailand. Thai Thani Arts & Culture Village is located at 88 Bang Sare in the Sattahip district, just south of Pattaya.

You can easily combine a visit to Thai Thani with Legend Siam cultural amusement park and Nong Nooch tropical garden, both located in the same area.

To get to the Thai Thani ethnic culture village, you can rent a songthaew, a converted pickup truck with a bench in the back and no air conditioning. Negotiate with the driver about the price and duration before starting the trip. If you prefer a more comfortable ride, hire a taxi. Agreeing on the price and duration of the trip before getting on the bus is a good thing to do in Thailand.
