    • The itinerary is designed based on estimated flight schedules. Depending on actual flight times, the program may be flexibly adjusted for better convenience.

      • Children under 5 years old: free of charge
      • Children from 5 to under 10 years old: 75% of tour price
      • Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults
    • Minimum 2 guests required for tour departure

    Booking Flexibility

    • Before 7 days: Full refund.
    • From 4 - 7 days: 30% cancellation fee.
    • From 2 - 3 days: 50% cancellation fee
    • Within 48 hours or No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
    • Working time: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
    • Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation or delay due to airlines or natural disasters, Tatinta will support service rescheduling or negotiate with suppliers to minimize penalties.
