Established in 1898, Haus Hiltl is listed in the Guinness World Records as the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. The dishes on the menu at Haus Hiltl are entirely based on ingredients for vegetarians and vegans. Hiltl serves up a delicious meal with flavors ranging from Indian and Thai curries to Mediterranean grilled vegetables, a wide variety of salads and surprisingly delicious vegan desserts. Since 1931, Hiltl became the first restaurant in Zürich to have an all-electric kitchen.
