    Cancellation Policy

    Free cancellation in case of bad weather or unsafe operating conditions (100% refund).

    For cancellations due to personal reasons:

    - 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit will be charged
    - 15 – 30 days before departure: 50% of deposit will be charged
     - 8 – 15 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost will be charged
    - 1 – 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost will be charged

    Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
