Korea visa service process at Tatinta

Personal Documents
- Passport (valid for at least 6 months, with blank pages) + old passport (if any);
- Soft photo size 3.5*4.5cm
- Citizen ID card;
- Certificate of residence issued by local police (form CT07);
- Marriage registration if traveling with spouse;
- Child's birth certificate (if traveling with child and child does not have Citizen ID card)
- Spouse's information: marriage registration (in case of marriage); divorce judgment (in case of divorce); not required (in case of over 75 years old no longer holding documents)
Work Documents
* If you are an employee:
- Employee confirmation letter issued by the company (with form) / Recruitment/appointment decision;
- Salary account statement for 06 months;
- Social insurance (VssID) if not, you must write a letter of explanation.
- Leave application;
* If you are a business owner:
- Business registration;
- VAT payment receipt (in the last 1 year) + Company bank account statement (in the last 6 months);
* If you are a student:
- Student card;
- Student confirmation letter (issued by the school)

* If you are a retiree:
- Retirement decision with salary;
- Retirement card, social insurance
Income Proof Documents
- Savings account passbook with a minimum balance of 120 million VND;
- Original balance confirmation of the savings account passbook;
- Property and vehicle documents (if available).

- Invitation letter;

- Copy of the organization’s registration or business number certification;
- Tax payment confirmation;
- Business itinerary.

- Real estate purchase contract;
- Credit card limit confirmation;
- House rental agreement.
Travel Documents
Documents to be provided by the host in South Korea:
- Invitation letter with personal seal or signature;
- Sponsorship letter with personal seal or signature;
- Copy of the host’s passport;
- Copy of the front and back of the foreign resident card;
- If you are a student: enrollment confirmation letter + transcript;
- If you are employed: employment confirmation letter from the company + copy of the employment contract + business registration certificate of the employer;
- Accommodation confirmation or rental agreement.
