Duyen Ninh Pagoda is located in Chi Phong village, Truong Yen commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. After quelling the rebellion of Khai Quoc Vuong, Ly Thai Tong changed the name of the pagoda to Duyen Ninh. In the last years of her life, Empress Phat Ngan returned to Duyen Ninh pagoda to live, practice and watch over the grave of her father, King Le Dai Hanh.
