    Meeting and pickup

    Hotel pick-up within Can Tho city center (Ninh Kieu District).
    Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking.

    For guests staying outside the city center, a meeting point will be arranged at a designated location in Ninh Kieu District.

    Program schedule

    - Pick up: 06:30 - 07:00 AM. Our local tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and then head to a private pier to board our luxury wooden boat. The cruise departs for Cai Rang floating market while visitors enjoy the scenery and locals’ lives along the riverbank with houses and boats in a vivid morning of the Mekong.

    - Cai Rang floating market: Reach Cai Rang Floating Market to learn about the history, cultural values, and vibrant trading scenes that you cannot see elsewhere. Enjoy a memorable breakfast on board, surrounded by the lively floating market atmosphere. Visit a pineapple trader’s boat, taste fresh tropical pineapple, and experience the authentic floating market lifestyle.

    - Local traditional rice noodle workshop (optional): Visit the local traditional rice noodle factory to see how to make Hu Tieu - rice noodle, step by step. Enjoy a special crispy homemade “rice noodle pizza” that may amaze you. Cruise back to the city center, and our guide can drop you off at your destination.

    Additional info

    - Pick-up time: 06:30 – 07:00 AM. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before departure.

    - Pick-up and drop-off are available within Can Tho city center (Ninh Kieu District) only.

    - The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions, tide levels, or operational requirements without prior notice.

    - Please inform us in advance of any dietary requirements (vegetarian, special diet, food allergies).

    - Children under 5 years old are free of charge (sharing services with parents). Additional costs, if any, will be paid directly by parents.

    - Two adults can accompany only one child under 5 years old. The second child will be charged at the child rate.

    - Private group requests are subject to a 20% surcharge on the total tour price.

    - Credit/debit card payments may incur additional bank charges.

    - In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

    - No refund will be applied for cancellations due to personal reasons. Cancellation fees apply according to the booking policy.

    Cancellation Policy

    For cancellations due to personal reasons, the following charges will apply (notification must be made in writing):

    • 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit will be charged

    • 15 – 30 days before departure: 50% of deposit will be charged

    • 8 – 15 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost will be charged

    • 1 – 7 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost will be charged

    Please note:

    • Cancellation time is calculated based on working days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

    • No refund will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
