Ha Long Foam Cafe was formerly located in a small alley next to Long Tien Pagoda, then the number of people coming to the shop was very large, so the shop decided to move the shop to Mon Bay area opposite the Museum. Ha Long Foam Cafe is considered as one of the rare establishments from the main restaurant of Uncle Long Ly.
