Overview

Trong Minh Limousine operates 36-seat sleeper buses on the Da Lat – Ho Chi Minh City route, aiming for a smooth and comfortable travel experience during long journeys. The buses are equipped with two-tiered sleeper beds, each upholstered in leather, with soft mattresses and a nearly flat recline angle so passengers can rest naturally.

The standard bed size is approximately 170–180 cm in length and 55–65 cm in width, suitable for most passengers. Each bed has its own curtain, reading lamp, USB charging port, pillow and thin blanket, and a small compartment for personal items. The passenger compartment is air-conditioned, and the ride is relatively smooth and stable on mountain passes and highways, making it suitable for overnight journeys between cities.

• No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants in the vehicle.
• Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
• Do not litter in the car.
• Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the vehicle.
• Do not wear shoes or sandals in the car.
Carry-on baggage
• The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 20 kg.
• Do not transport bulky goods.
• No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.
Children and pregnant women
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
• The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.
• Children under 130cm tall, weighing under 30kg, and under 6 years old travel free when sharing a seat/bed with an accompanying adult. If any of these three conditions are exceeded, a separate adult ticket must be purchased.
Pets/Animals
• The transport company does not accept pets/animals.
Issue VAT invoices
• The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 0% of the service price you have purchased.
Parking for bicycles/motorcycles
• The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.

• Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation less than 1 day before departure: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation from 24 hours to the time of departure: Customers will lose 100% of the tour price paid.
