S Trip Vietnam operates 24-cabin sleeper buses on the Hanoi – Sa Pa route, meeting high-end standards and focusing on providing passengers with a private resting experience. Each bed is designed as a self-contained cabin with curtains and partitions to create a separate space, suitable for long journeys or overnight trips.
The standard bed size is approximately 180 cm x 90 cm, spacious enough for comfortable lying down; the mattress is thick, soft, and slightly adjustable for optimal resting position. Inside each cabin, there are usually pillows, blankets, reading lights, entertainment screens, charging ports, and Wi-Fi, ensuring passengers can relax while maintaining basic amenities throughout the journey. Overall, S Trip's 22-cabin buses aim for a "mobile mini-restroom" feel, prioritizing quietness, privacy, and comfort over traditional sleeper buses.

Requirements when boarding the vehicle
• Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
• Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
• Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the vehicle.
• No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using stimulants in the vehicle.
• Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
• Do not litter in the car.
• Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the vehicle.
• Do not wear shoes or sandals in the car.
Carry-on baggage
• The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 15 kg.
Children and pregnant women
• The child policy does not apply to all seats/beds; each seat/bed accommodates only one person regardless of age or size.
Pets/Animals
• The transport company does not accept pets/animals.
Issue VAT invoices
• Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.
• The bus company only issues electronic tickets on the day of departure.
Parking for bicycles/motorcycles
• The transport company does not accept bicycles/motorcycles as accompanying items.
Regulations on bed size and maximum load capacity.
• Each vehicle is limited to a maximum of 24 passengers, in accordance with safety and passenger transport regulations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation less than 1 day before departure: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation from 24 hours to the time of departure: Customers will lose 100% of the tour price paid.
