Con market

Cho Con was built in 1940 on a high hill, so it was called Cho Con, later the market was rebuilt to be more spacious and clean.

Although you can find all kinds of items here, Con market is most famous for its food. Located in Con market, the indoor food court is neatly arranged and clean. Inside the food court is divided into two separate compartments. One side is salty food with a rich and varied menu that is enough for you to eat from day to day. One side is sweets with thousands of dishes from tea, ice cream, water, to smoothies, cakes of all kinds.

The dishes here are clearly priced so diners can rest assured to enjoy and choose their own affordable dishes.

There is also a street food court arranged outdoors for a more comfortable feeling for visitors. Similar to the indoor food court, but this place mainly serves snacks. Visitors can find all of Da Nang's famous snacks at this market. From Quang noodles, banh chung, beef dry salad, noodle soup ... and thousands of dishes of other regions are sold here.

The food here is prepared with the most standard taste and affordable price, so it is very crowded. Experiencing eating in a crowded place, eating in a hurry and then giving it to the next person is an interesting experience that is hard to find anywhere outside of the Street Food area of Con market, Da Nang.

Coming here, you cannot ignore the typical dishes that make the famous Con market: Banh xeo, Hue filter cake. Although it's not Hue here, Hue food is very delicious. There are also pancakes, soup cakes, wet cakes, little cakes... The fresh seafood and snail dishes served here are both delicious and significantly cheaper than in the restaurant.

The market is open from 07:00 to about 19:30, depending on the day and the owner. Selling crowded and running out of food, they closed early to prepare for the next day. But even later, you can find many eateries serving outside the market until 9pm.
