Profile
Luna Park is located at the northern end of the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The park is open all year round, but opening hours are not fixed, so visitors need to check the pick up time before coming here. Luna Park can be reached by train, as there is a stop near the park, or by car and paid parking in the park. The preserved amusement park from 1930 still holds the roller coasters and is Sydney's most exciting place. In 1935, Luna Park started construction on the shores of Milsons Point and quickly attracted the attention of many indigenous people. Over time, when the attraction of the park was almost lost, it was renovated in 2004. In particular, the entrance of the park with the simulation of a giant clown's mouth has been the background for many movies and TV shows.
Here, you can experience spinning on the Wild Mouse roller coaster or flying in space on the Flying Saucer. The Tumble Bug, with its spinning arms, and the Moon Ranger will take you up to 20 meters (65 feet) above the ground, and of course if you're scared If you do not dare to challenge yourself or have a weak heart, you should not try these games. Test your driving skills on hit cars and don't miss the Gravity-defying Rotor, a favorite at Luna Park for over 50 years. If you are a person who likes lightness, less fear, you can go right to the lovely merry-go-round of the 1930s.
Taking a break between the rides and entertainment, you can check out the park's eateries like The Lighthouse Café and Coney Island Café. There will also be live music and other events throughout the year in Luna Park. Luna Park is free to enter, but the rides, carnival rides, and attractions charge a separate fee. Roller coaster tickets and family fun packages as well as maps are sold at the ticket counter at the main entrance. In Australia, there are currently 2 Luna Parks present in Melbourne and Sydney respectively, each with its own beauty, offering its own unique experiences. Traveling to Australia, you can visit both places to experience and feel for yourself.
