    Program schedule

    DEPARTURE TIME

    • Morning tour: 08:30-13:30
    • Afternoon tour: 14:30-19:00
    • 08:30 / 14:30 – Hotel pickup & countryside motorbike ride
      Guests are picked up from the hotel and begin the countryside adventure by motorbike with local riders. After crossing Thanh Ha Bridge toward Cam Kim Commune, the scenery gradually changes into peaceful village roads, rice fields, and local countryside life.
    • 08:50 / 14:50 – Visit Mr. Huynh Ri’s ancient house
      This over-100-year-old house reflects the traditional woodworking heritage of Cam Kim Village. Guests will have a chance to meet and talk with Mr. Huynh to learn more about the house and his family’s carpentry background.
    • 09:30 / 15:30 – Visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village
      The tour continues to Kim Bong Carpentry Village, one of the oldest traditional craft villages in Hoi An. Travelers can observe handcrafted woodworking techniques and discover the long-standing local carpentry tradition.
    • 10:00 / 16:00 – Basket boat weaving experience
      Along the route, the group stops at a traditional basket boat workshop. Guests can watch local artisans working and join a hands-on weaving experience with local people.
    • 10:30 / 16:30 – Reed mat weaving experience
      At a local family house in Cam Kim, travelers learn more about traditional reed mat weaving and try some simple weaving activities themselves. The quiet countryside atmosphere makes this part of the journey feel relaxing and authentic.
    • 11:00 / 17:00 – Wet rice paper making experience
      The final cultural stop is a local family producing traditional wet rice papers. Guests can learn how rice paper is made and enjoy tasting the famous Central Vietnamese “Banh Dap”.
    • 12:00 / 18:00 – Lunch / Dinner at The Field Restaurant
      After the countryside journey, guests travel back toward The Field Restaurant through riverside roads and green rice fields. The meal is served family-style with local Vietnamese dishes. Sample menu:
      • Crispy Mashed Potato Balls Filled with Minced Pork
      • Pepperomia Salad with Beef
      • Grilled Mackerel in Banana Leaf
      • Stir-fried Calamari with Vermicelli & Vegetables
      • Stir-fried Gynura Procumbens with Garlic
      • Steamed Rice
      • Dessert: Fresh Fruits
    • 13:30 / 19:00 – Return to hotel & end of program
      After the meal, guests are transferred back to the hotel. End of tour.
