Hoi An Ancient Town – depart from the historic town center and begin the electric car journey through the charming streets of the heritage city.

Kim Bong Carpentry Village – visit the well-known traditional woodworking village where local artisans continue the long-standing craft of wood carving passed down through generations.

Kim Bong Village Ticket Office – stop at the village entrance area to explore and learn more about the history and activities of this traditional craft village.

Thai Phien Ancient House – discover a traditional Vietnamese ancient house that reflects the architectural style and lifestyle of historic Hoi An.

Confucius Temple – visit a cultural and spiritual site associated with Confucian values and local community traditions.

Return to Hoi An Ancient Town – end of the journey and free time to continue exploring the ancient town.

The tour operates daily from 07:00 to 22:00.

Departure times can be arranged flexibly depending on guest preference.

The route and stops may be adjusted depending on actual conditions, weather, or local events.

If itinerary adjustments are required before departure, guests will be informed as soon as possible.

Pickup locations should be specified during the booking process.

Drivers are not authorized to change or negotiate service prices directly with guests

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or no-shows are non-refundable.

In case of severe weather or safety concerns, the tour schedule may be adjusted or canceled.

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show and the booking will not be refunded.

If a guest chooses to stop the tour early, the unused portion of the tour will not be refunded.

Guests may request cancellation within the first 15 minutes of the tour for a valid reason; in this case, 50% of the tour value will be charged and the final decision will be reviewed by the operations team.
