Program schedule

Pick-up at your hotel in Quy Nhon.
Your guide will welcome you and begin the culinary exploration through several local food stops.
Stop 1 – Binh Dinh Rice Pancakes.
Taste freshly made rice pancakes with a variety of fillings such as shrimp, squid, egg, oyster, or beef. The pancakes are wrapped with fresh herbs and rice paper and dipped in a traditional local sauce.
Stop 2 – Grilled Fermented Pork & Beef.
Enjoy a famous local specialty served with fresh herbs, rice paper, and homemade dipping sauce.
Stop 3 – Local Seafood.
Sample a selection of seafood dishes prepared in different local styles, from steamed to stir-fried with local spices.
Stop 4 – Dessert.
