General conditions
• Once payment is completed and confirmed, the combo/ticket is considered valid.
• Cancellation or amendment requests are accepted, except for public holidays, Tet, group bookings, or services with specific policies.
• The cancellation time is based on the time the request is confirmed by Global DMC Travel via hotline or online system.
Cancellation by the guest
Cancellation fees (based on the original price, excluding promotions):
• Cancellation 15 days prior to departure: 50% charge
• Cancellation 10 days prior to departure: 100% charge
• Cancellation within 10 days or no-show: 100% charge
Group bookings & public holidays
• Applicable to groups of 05 guests or more or departures during public holidays/Tet (at least 07 days before and after the holiday).
• Cancellation or amendment fees will be determined by Global DMC Travel in accordance with transport and hotel policies.
• By making the booking, guests are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Refunds
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via bank transfer, e-wallet, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
• Processing time depends on the bank and usually takes several working days.
• Transaction, handling, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
• If the refund has not been received within 05 working days, please contact Global DMC Travel for assistance.
