Overview

King Express Bus operates 40-seat sleeper buses on the Hanoi – Sa Pa route, aiming for a comfortable long-distance travel experience at an accessible price. The buses use single sleeper beds arranged in two tiers and three rows, optimizing seating while ensuring basic privacy for each passenger. Each bed has a mattress, an elevated backrest, and measures approximately 175–180 cm in length and 55–65 cm in width, suitable for most passengers. Each compartment typically includes a reading light, a thin blanket, a small compartment for personal belongings, and a USB charging port; air conditioning operates throughout the journey. The spacious luggage compartment and relatively smooth ride on the highway make it suitable for passengers who want to save money while still having a comfortable resting space during their trip.

Requirements when boarding the vehicle

Arrive at the office/ticket counter/bus station 30 minutes before departure to complete boarding procedures.
Present your SMS/Email booking confirmation before boarding the bus.
Do not bring food or food with strong odors onto the bus.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, or using drugs in the vehicle.
Do not bring flammable or explosive materials onto the vehicle.
Do not litter in the car.
Do not make noise or cause disturbances on the bus.
Do not wear shoes or sandals on the bus.

Carry-on baggage

The total weight of your luggage must not exceed 12 kg.
Do not transport bulky goods.
No refunds will be given if the order is canceled due to violations of baggage regulations.

Children and pregnant women

Children under 5 years old or under 80 cm tall travel free if they share a seat/bed with their parents.
Pregnant women need to ensure they are in good health throughout the journey.
The bus company has the right to refuse service if passengers do not comply with regulations regarding children and pregnant women.

Pets/Animals

The transport company does not accept pets/animals for transport.

Issue VAT invoices

The transportation company provides VAT invoices for passenger transport services; the invoice issuance fee is 10% of the service price you have purchased.
Please provide complete and accurate invoice information.
The bus company refuses to reissue invoices if passengers provide incorrect information.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation less than 3 days before departure: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation less than 1 day before departure: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the tour price paid.
• Cancellation from 24 hours to the time of departure: Customers will lose 100% of the tour price paid.
