Duration: 8:30 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM
Start
your day at 8:30 AM as our local guide picks you up from your hotel or meets
you in front of the iconic Stone Church in the heart of Sapa. After a brief
introduction to the day’s itinerary and a safety orientation, your
unforgettable motorbike journey begins.
O Quy Ho
Pass & Silver Waterfall
Your
ride kicks off with a scenic ascent to the top of O Quy Ho Pass — one of the
four most stunning mountain passes in Vietnam. Cruise along winding roads
flanked by the majestic Hoàng Liên Sơn mountain range, vibrant Oolong tea hills,
and blooming cherry blossom trees.
After
about 20 minutes, arrive at your first stop: the breathtaking Silver Waterfall.
Towering over 200 meters, this powerful waterfall marks the headwaters of Muong
Hoa Stream. Take a leisurely 1-kilometer loop walk to admire the local cardamom
farms nestled against the backdrop of the lush Muong Hoa Valley and feel the
refreshing spray of water cascading from over 1,800 meters above.
Love
Waterfall & Hoàng Liên Sơn National Park
Next, a
short 10-minute ride brings you to Love Waterfall, located deep within the Hoàng
Liên Sơn National Park. Here, you’ll embark on a tranquil 1-hour forest walk,
soaking in the sounds of birdsong and flowing streams. At 2,000 meters above
sea level, Love Waterfall tumbles down a 100-meter drop in peaceful solitude.
If the weather is warm, feel free to take a dip in the crystal-clear waters
flowing from the ancient forest.
Lonely
Tree (Heaven’s Gate) & Scenic Valley Views
Continue your ride into the heart of Muong
Hoa Valley, winding through pristine villages and dramatic terraced rice
fields. Pass through Sin Chai, Y Linh Ho, and Lao Chai
— some of Sapa’s most picturesque and untouched H’mong villages, where
traditional wooden houses dot the hillsides.
Local Lunch & Cultural Exchange
Around midday, stop at a small,
riverside H’mong restaurant to enjoy a delicious, authentic lunch made
with local ingredients. After lunch, take a short walk to visit a nearby Black
H’mong family. Learn about their way of life, traditions, clothing, and
customs. This is a rare opportunity to ask questions and gain real insight into
local culture — a moment of quiet connection and meaningful exchange.
Ta Van, Hau Thao & Su Pan Villages
In the final leg of your journey, ride
through the peaceful villages of Ta Van, Hau Thao, and Su Pan.
Each village offers its own unique charm, with more opportunities to admire
spectacular rice terraces and experience the tranquility of rural life.
You’ll return to Sapa town or your
hotel between 2:30 and 3:30 PM, bringing your beautiful and meaningful
adventure to a close.
