• The itinerary may change the order of destinations depending on actual conditions. The tour schedule (swimming, flower viewing, experience,...) is easily affected by the weather. This is a case of force majeure, we hope you understand and sympathize.

• Hotel check-in time: 14:00-15:00, check-out time: 12:00.

• Hotels may be located far from the city center during peak seasons.

• Ships that are not operating will receive a 100% refund if they receive a written notice 2 days before departure.

• On tour departure date or tour has moved to the pier, but the boat is not operating, 30% of tour cost will be charged.

• For island tours, Con Dao, Phu Quoc, Hon Son, Nam Du,... in case of objective impacts due to weather factors, ship suspension, tour cannot depart or cannot return to the mainland, all arising costs must be paid 100% by the customer.

• Cancel tour 07 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 50% of tour cost.
• Cancel tour within 07 days of departure date: Cancellation fee is 100% of tour cost.
• Tour cancellation time is calculated in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
