What to expect

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (Dinner)

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.

Welcome, meet, and assist representative and transfer to the hotel.

Welcome drink followed by a tour Briefing and rest.

Later in the evening Welcome dinner at a hotel or typical Nepali restaurant

Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara is approximately a 200 km journey that takes about 6-7 hours by car. The route passes through scenic countryside and hills, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Pokhara is a hilltop town known for its unique landscape.

Reaching Pokhara check in to the hotel and rest.

In the evening you can explore Pokhara lakeside and enjoy your evening around. You can have dinner around the lakeside in a nice restaurant.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Early Morning sunrise from Sarangkot and Pokhara city tour (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Arrive at Sarangkot, a hilltop to witness the sunrise and the shimmering Himalayan range. As the sun begins to appear over the snow-covered peaks, we admire the splendid beauty of the mountains. The scenery of the Pokhara Valley with the Seti River and Phewa Lake captivates us. The 360-degree view of the Machhapuchre Range (Fish Tail), Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri Range, and Lamjung Himal is truly enchanting. Capture photos with the pristine mountain peaks and enjoy the serene landscape.

After enjoying the breathtaking scenery from Sarangkot, return to the hotel for breakfast and continue the Pokhara Valley tour:

  • Bindabasini Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Bindhyabasini, where you can observe Hindu rituals in the morning.
  • Gupteshwor Cave: One of the largest caves in South Asia.
  • Tibetan Refugee Camp: A place where Tibetan people sell various handicrafts, carpets, jewelry, and religious items.
  • Devi's Fall: A unique waterfall with an underground tunnel.
  • Lakeside: Enjoy a one-hour boat trip on Phewa Lake.

Return to the hotel for rest.

The remaining time is free for personal activities. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Drive to Bandipur (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Bandipur.

Drive from Pokhara to Bandipur will be 3-4 hours.

Check in at the hotel, refresh, and explore Bandipur.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Drive from Bandipur to Nagarkot (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)

Breakfast and check out from the hotel.

Drive from Bandipur to Kathmandu is approximately 80 km and takes about 5-6 hours by vehicle. The route passes through scenic countryside and hills, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Drive to the hotel, check in, and rest for the day.

Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Early morning Sunrise and Drive to Bhaktapur

Today wake up early morning for viewing the sunrise from the Nagarkot view tower.

Back to the hotel, have breakfast, and check out from the hotel.

Drive to Bhaktapur, an old historic place in Kathmandu. You will reach Bhaktapur within 30-45 Minutes.

Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and know about the Newari culture and tradition, and history of the Durbar Square.

Drive to the hotel, rest and relax. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Drive back to Kathmandu and Half day tour (Breakfast/ dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel and check out.

Drive back to the capital, and on the way Half day tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. Both world heritage sites are different and unique from each other.

Drive to Kumari boutique hotel, check-in, and rest. As your hotel is centrally located at Tourist hub of Kathmandu, make your self comfortable and explore around. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Departure day (Breakfast)

Breakfast and check out from the hotel. Please check your belongings before you check out.

Timely transfer to Tribhuwan international airport for your onward destination.

Things to do when in Nepal:

  • Respect local customs and traditions, understand cultural norms and practices. Dress modestly, covering shoulders and head when necessary.
  • Remove shoes when entering religious sites and private homes. Practice responsible tourism to protect the environment.
  • Learn basic greetings in Nepali such as "Namaste" (hello), "Dhanyabad" (thank you), and "Kripaya" (please).

Things not to do in Nepal:

  • Disrespect religious sites and beliefs.
  • Avoid displaying affection in public, especially among couples.
  • Use the left hand when eating or giving/receiving items. Give money or candies to street children.
  • Disregard local customs during festivals.

Adhering to these guidelines will help you have a positive and culturally respectful experience when visiting Nepal.
