09:30 – Begin the Countryside Cycling Experience

Receive your bicycle, listen to a safety briefing, and get familiar with the route.

The gentle ride takes you through:

• Quiet concrete village lanes shaded by bamboo trees

• Lush green rice fields (or golden fields during harvest season)

• Village ponds, old wells, and traditional tiled-roof houses typical of Central Vietnam

Along the way, you may stop for photos, interact with friendly locals, and experience the slow-paced rhythm of rural life—completely different from the coastal atmosphere of Quy Nhon.

10:00 – Visit a Traditional Rice Paper Village

Explore a local handmade rice paper workshop, where each delicate sheet is steamed over a wood-fired stove and dried naturally under the sun.

Here, you will:

• Observe the full process: rice grinding – steaming – drying

• Listen to stories about generations of family craftsmanship

• Try making your own rice paper under the guidance of a local artisan

Seeing rows of white rice papers drying in open courtyards is a truly authentic and memorable experience.

11:00 – Visit Bau Da Traditional Wine Village

Continue cycling to the famous Bau Da wine village of Binh Dinh.

Learn about the traditional distillation process, including fermentation, steaming, and preservation techniques passed down through generations.

Enjoy a tasting of three distinctive varieties:

• Sticky rice wine

• Mung bean wine

• Traditional Bau Da rice wine

This strong yet smooth spirit was once considered a “royal tribute wine” thanks to its clarity, bold flavor, and pleasantly sweet aftertaste.

12:00 – End of Cycling & Return to Quy Nhon

Return the bicycles, relax, and transfer back to the city center.

12:30 – Enjoy a Local Specialty Lunch
