Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation fee:
    • Immediately after registration: 50% of tour value.
    • Cancellation 16-30 days before departure date: 90% of tour value.
    • Cancellation within 15 days before departure date: 100% tour value.
  • Tour cancellation time is based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Cancellation after obtaining a visa: the company has the right to cancel the visa and the customer is responsible for the cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation due to force majeure: need to provide proof, the company will handle it flexibly.
  • Denied entry/exit: bear 100% of tour cost, no refund.
  • If there is no visa result before the departure date, guests can choose a new departure date or receive a refund of the tour fee after deducting the visa cost.
  • Book a group tour: if one person fails to get a visa and cancels, they must pay the visa fee; Other members cancel according to general policy, the company has the right to cancel the issued visa.
