- Departure point: Ha Tien

- Final destination: Hai Tac Island

Program schedule

Day 1: Guests gather at the port at 07:45. The boat will take you to Hai Tac Island. Upon arrival, a vehicle will transfer you to Treasure Resort for check-in to a standard view room. You will then receive a motorbike with a full tank of fuel and are free to explore the island.

Day 2: Guests are free to explore Hai Tac Island until departure time. Return to the port at 14:45 to travel back to Ha Tien, concluding the journey.

Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Conditions

- Full refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions.

- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is due to personal reasons from the customer.

2. Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your trip at any time, you must notify the company in writing.

The following charges will apply:

- 30 days or more before departure: 30% of deposit

- 15 – 30 days before departure: 50% of deposit

- 08 – 15 days before departure: 80% of tour cost

- 01 – 07 days before departure: 100% of tour cost

3. Important Note

Cancellation time is counted on working days only, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
