At 08:00, begin your journey with a hotel pick-up and drive to Cai Be. Arrive at the Cai Be Jetty by 10:00 AM, where the friendly crew will welcome you aboard with refreshing cold towels and drinks, and the Cai Be Princess Sampan sets off on its leisurely cruise toward Tan Phong Islet.

From the comfort of your sampan, take in the fascinating daily life along the riverbanks—an endless procession of boats, both large and small, locals at work, and lush landscapes in varying shades of green. Upon reaching Tan Phong Islet, enjoy a short cycling tour through the charming villages and fruit gardens. Don’t miss the opportunity to sample the islet’s specialty, the sweet and spiky rambutan, a treat for the senses. Along the way, visit local cottage industries, where families handcraft products such as rice paper, rice flour cakes, and homewares made from water hyacinths and coconut fronds.

Next, embark on a tranquil journey aboard a rowing sampan through the serene, narrow canals, offering a peaceful retreat from the main waterway. Return to the Cai Be Princess Sampan and continue your cruise to Phu An Village, where you will disembark at the exquisite Le Longanier Restaurant.

Indulge in a delicious lunch served in this elegant colonial-style villa, nestled within a lush tropical garden by the river and surrounded by flourishing fruit trees, evoking the privileged lifestyle of Indochina’s golden era.

After lunch, take a short walk along a small canal toward Ba Bon Bridge, where your private vehicle will be waiting to return you to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding your tour at approximately 14:30.
