• Child policy: Children from 0 to under 5 years old are free of charge (no separate bed), children from 5 to 10 years old are charged at 75% of the tour price
• The Gong cultural experience is optional and subject to actual conditions

• From 4 - 7 days: 30% cancellation fee.
• From 2 - 3 days: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 48 hours or No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
• Working time: Cancellation time is calculated based on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Force majeure: In case of flight cancellation or delay due to airlines or natural disasters, Tatinta will support service rescheduling or negotiate with suppliers to minimize penalties.
