📅 Day 1: Noi Bai arrival - Overnight transfer to Sapa - Sapa free night

01:45 – Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport
Guests complete immigration procedures and collect luggage (estimated finish around 03:00).
03:00 – Meet & greet by driver at arrival hall.
Transfer to Bus Office
04:00 – Board VIP Sleeper Bus to Sapa
(Modern cabin bus, reclining beds, air-conditioned)
10:30 – 11:00 – Arrival in Sapa Town
Transfer to hotel (early check-in subject to availability, otherwise luggage storage & rest at lobby).
Afternoon – Free time to rest after the overnight journey.
Evening – Free to explore Sapa by night:
• Sapa Stone Church
• Sapa Square
• Night market (local snacks & handicrafts)

📅 Day 2: Sapa trekking tour - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (Breakfast / Lunch)

Morning
Breakfast at hotel.
08:00 - 08:30: Our tour guide will come to your hotel in Sapa to pick you up
09:15: We start trekking on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward Lao Chai village of Black H’mong ethnic people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo...We will visit the biggest valley which provides the best view for golden rice terraced fields in Vietnam. After Lao Chai we walk to Ta Van village of Giay people. It is a small group of ethnic people in Vietnam with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields.

Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages, about 8 km from Sapa town, where black H’mong and Dzay people are living, it is also the beginning of the valley which is called Muong Hoa. From a high point of the main road, great view of the whole villages open wide to offer the marvelous panorama views, backed by high mountains and facing the river. Here you will enjoy the fresh air, see terraced fields and stream, discover and visit some of Black H’mong families. You will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there. You can interact them, learn about their culture and customs. Then we take you back to sapa town and drop you at the hotel.

🛌 Overnight in Sapa

📅 Day 3: Cat Cat - Sin Chai - return to Ha Noi 

Breakfast at hotel and check out.
09:00 – Visit Cat Cat Village
• Traditional H’mong village
• Waterfall, old French-built hydro station
• Local handicraft stalls
Walk onward toward Sin Chai Village
• Less touristy, authentic village life
• Panoramic mountain scenery
Return to Sapa town.
12:30 – Lunch at local restaurant.
14:00 – 15:00 – Board VIP Sleeper Bus back to Hanoi.
20:00 – 21:00 – Arrival in Hanoi.
Private car picks up and transfers to Noi Bai Airport.
22:30 – Arrive airport, check-in for flight PR596.
01:45 – Flight departs Hanoi for Manila.

Any cancellation of a guest service will incur additional charges as follows:

• More than 07 days before departure date: No charge.
• Within 07 days before departure date or no show: 100% of tour price.
