Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Hotel Cancellation Policy Details
Cancellation time is calculated based on the destination's local time (GMT+7).
- "Free Cancellation" Period:
- Cancel at least 11 days before the departure date: 100% refund (excluding bank transaction fees, if any).
- "Cancellation with Fee" Period:
- Cancel from 10 to 7 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking value applies.
- Cancel from 6 to 3 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value applies.
- "Non-refundable" Period:
- Cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before the departure time: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-show at the pickup point or hotel: 100% cancellation fee.
2. Special Terms
- Amendment: Guests may change the guest name or travel date (subject to room availability) at least 7 days before departure. Any price difference will be applied.
- Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Tatinta will support rescheduling within 6–12 months or provide a refund based on supplier policies.
3. Refund Process
After the cancellation request is confirmed by the Tatinta system:
- Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, E-wallet).
- Processing Time: Within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
