Hoa Cuong Hotel (***) is located in the Old Quarter town center of Dong Van district - Ha Giang, which is the center of the Stone Plateau Complex that has been recognized by UNESCO.

The hotel was inaugurated and began operation from early 2015 (Being the largest and most modern hotel in Ha Giang up to this point). With a scale of 9 floors, 82 bedrooms including: (58 Twin rooms, 7 Triple rooms, 15 Single rooms, 2 VIP rooms) equipped with modern facilities such as a 40” Samsung TV supporting Internet connection and connecting to MyTV television service, free WiFi connection. The hotel is equipped with two elevators, two staircases, and a fire protection system to ensure safety for guests. Additionally, the hotel is equipped with modern glass-walled bathrooms. Korean blankets and pillows ensure customers a spacious, fully equipped space when coming to the Rocky Plateau. Moreover, the hotel also has a spacious dining room, serving up to 300 guests, is the place to organize events, conferences, seminars, weddings, and parties. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Hotel Cancellation Policy Details

Cancellation time is calculated based on the destination's local time (GMT+7).

"Free Cancellation" Period:

Cancel at least 11 days before the departure date: 100% refund (excluding bank transaction fees, if any).

"Cancellation with Fee" Period:

Cancel from 10 to 7 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking value applies.
Cancel from 6 to 3 days before the departure date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking value applies.

"Non-refundable" Period:

Cancel within 72 hours (3 days) before the departure time: 100% cancellation fee.
No-show at the pickup point or hotel: 100% cancellation fee.

2. Special Terms

Amendment: Guests may change the guest name or travel date (subject to room availability) at least 7 days before departure. Any price difference will be applied.
Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Tatinta will support rescheduling within 6–12 months or provide a refund based on supplier policies.

3. Refund Process

After the cancellation request is confirmed by the Tatinta system:

Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, E-wallet).
Processing Time: Within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
